We are looking for a Senior People Data & Automation Consultant with +4 years of experience in People analytics, workforce automation, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background (Python, SQL, Excel) combined with People data expertise in FTE analysis, workforce planning, and P&L impact forecasting. This role will lead the automation of People processes, develop predictive analytics, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. This is a client-facing and strategic position, with the potential to build and lead an People Tech & Automation team in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
People Process Automation & Optimization: Design and implement automated solutions for recruitment, performance, compensation, and offboarding.
FTE Analysis & Workforce Planning: Conduct full-time equivalent (FTE) modeling and workforce planning to anticipate talent needs.
P&L Impact Forecasting: Analyze workforce data and financial indicators to assess the impact of People strategies on business performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling), Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Coding & System Integration: Build and optimize People data workflows using Python and SQL (knowledge of APIs and automation tools is a plus).
Consulting & Strategy: Act as an advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights on workforce trends and data-driven People transformation.
Requirements
+4 years of experience in People analytics, workforce automation, or business intelligence.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros).
Strong technical skills: Python and SQL are a must (other programming languages are a plus).
Experience in workforce planning, P&L forecasting, and financial impact assessment.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills with experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to translate complex data insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.
Fluency in English & Spanish.
