What are we looking for? We are looking for a professional to join the Commercial Operations team at Vetpharma. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical sector and will be responsible for managing operational processes within the commercial area, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and internal process optimization. The challenge! Manage operational processes and order entry using SAP.Coordinate orders, manage inventory, and optimize operational processes.Handle import purchases and triangular purchases.Provide customer service through order entry and issue resolution.Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal teams.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.Efficiently resolve operational challenges with a focus on detail.What do you need? Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) studies are required.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.Experience in import purchasing and triangular purchasing.Experience in order coordination, inventory management, and process optimization.Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) studies are required.Advanced knowledge of SAP for managing operational processes and order entry.Customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Intermediate/advanced level of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to various tasks.Our benefits!
