Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support for GE Smallworld applications (PNI, Core SW4/SW5, EO, GDO, GTO, GSS, GSA, etc.)
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Magik, Java, Oracle, and VMDS
* Conduct mentoring and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to internal documentation and customer knowledge base
* Perform on-call support and client visits when required
* Proficient in log analysis and debugging
* Experience with OS patching and 3rd-party software installation
