Your role and work environment :
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst – Early Collections to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of Easy Financing Tribe. The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers' partner in times of financial difficulties, while protecting bank interest. Our way of working is Agile.
Your key responsibilities :
1. Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality early collections service.
2. Co-create and lead the strategy and the roadmap to achieve the best-in-class collections services.
3. Ensure the precise and safe execution of the operational processes and automated collections workflow configuration in the Collections Tool.
4. Coordinate and monitor the external collections agencies.
5. Drive the evolution towards a more data driven and digital service.

1. Expertise in managing collections services, amicable and legal collections services, for direct portfolios or third-party services, for more than 3 - 5 years.
2. Degree in Economics, Business, Math or Engineering (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
3. Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL.
4. Other programming languages such as SAS / MicroStrategy / Power BI would be welcome.
5. High Level of English.
6. Expertise in the banking industry, expertise or technical knowledge in collections software management or experience in digital collections will be valued.
