Job Responsibilities
* System & Process Design
* Familiar with asset management system standards and experienced in developing/revising asset management policies and procedures.
* Proficient in asset classification, numbering rules, configuration standards, and health assessment criteria, capable of dynamically adjusting management frameworks to meet operational needs.
* Full Life Cycle Management
* Expertise in managing the entire asset lifecycle, including demand assessment, procurement selection, acceptance/delivery, maintenance/usage, and decommissioning/disposal.
* Experience in systematically resolving operational issues and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
* Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement
* Analyze asset utilization from operational and financial perspectives to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies such as asset sharing, leasing, and disposal to enhance utilization rates and reduce operational expenses.
* Introduce innovative technologies/methods (e.g., big data analysis) to streamline asset management processes.
* Supervision & Risk Control
* Experienced in asset inventory, account-to-physical reconciliation, and risk auditing.
* Familiar with internal audit protocols and compliance requirements (e.g., anti-corruption, integrity regulations).
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration
* Strong project management skills to coordinate procurement, finance, compliance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of asset-related initiatives.
* Proficient in supply chain management processes and experienced in collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to optimize asset allocation.
* Data Analysis & Reporting
* Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SQL), and able to independently prepare asset management reports.
* Knowledge of finance (e.g., fixed asset depreciation, cost control) and expertise in designing performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Finance, Audit, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in asset management or fixed asset management roles, with at least 1 year in a senior position at a large multinational corporation or enterprise group.
* Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and system/process design, familiarity with complex asset lifecycle management in diverse business scenarios.
* Language Abilities: Proficient in English (CET-6 or equivalent), capable of reading technical documents and handling international business operations (preferred).
