We help well-known brands improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Site Lead in Valencia (On-Site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.What you will do in this role:As a Site Lead on our team, you will:Be responsible as overall lead of region/s or market/s.Be responsible for top line escalations for HP (performance, recruitment, etc.).Be responsible for top line escalations for CNX (Facilities, IT, Telephony, etc.).Be responsible for region or markets bonus validation, staffing, recruitment.Suggest any needed retention plans and strategies (e.G., short term incentive and gamification plans to keep team motivations and synergy high).Lead Team Members, foster their professional development and growth via effective coaching and communication, and promote teamwork and cooperation.Coach direct reports of SPV, CEL, and Agents on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved.Identify performance related issues for all direct reports, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations.Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates and changes.Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.Supervise a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.Complete shift-wide projects that aim to increase productivity, quality or other KPIs.We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds who are curious and willing to learn.
