Lead Commercial Transformation Manager

Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strategic relationships with high-level stakeholders within Technology_VOIS and on the customer side
* Ensuring alignment between local and group IT strategies and Technology_VOIS capabilities
* Driving growth opportunities, managing service demand, and overseeing a high-value account portfolio aiming for 50% growth and cost optimization
* Managing and motivating a team of service delivery managers and technology business relationship managers
* Developing Technology_VOIS services in markets and group entities
Requirements:
* People Management experience
* Broad and strong IT knowledge
* Technology account management /consultancy experience
* IT service Management (ITIL)
* Capable to craft an RFP
* Ability to establish and maintain trust
* Commercial/Financial governance experience
* Advanced English level
