About The Position
We are a leading technology research company dedicated to innovation and excellence in the field of toxicology. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Researcher to join our dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking projects that focus on creating sustainable value chains and eco-friendly composites through in silico techniques.
1. Support the technical aspects of project implementation, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
2. Integrate the principles and methodologies of toxicology, biology, and computer science to predict and analyze the impact of chemicals and biological compounds on living systems.
3. Employ computational tools, such as Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (QSAR) models, to evaluate the safety and toxicological risks associated with chemical products, new pharmaceuticals, and other substances.
4. Develop models to assess the exposure of humans and wildlife to harmful substances in the environment, particularly using compartment models.
5. Integrate toxicological data with exposure information to perform comprehensive risk assessments.
6. Engage in the creation of research plans and documents that align with personal interests and the company’s strategic goals.
7. Present, discuss, and defend results with a multidisciplinary and international team.

Minimum Requirements
1. A master's degree in computational chemistry, toxicology, or a related field, or an undergraduate degree in environmental sciences, biology, biotechnology, or equivalent, with excellent academic records.
2. Familiarity with QSAR and compartment models is highly desirable.
3. Strong self-management skills, initiative, and a keen interest in research.
4. Team player with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary groups and juggle multiple projects.
5. Strong communication skills with the aptitude to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
6. High proficiency in English, covering comprehension, conversation, and writing.
