About the Role
We are looking for an Online Poker Product Manager to oversee the operation and growth of our poker platform. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and our poker software provider, ensuring smooth operations, feature optimization, and a best-in-class player experience. This position does not require hands-on development but demands strong product knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage relationships with external partners.
Responsibilities
* Manage the relationship with the poker software provider, ensuring the platform meets business needs.
* Monitor product performance and collaborate with the provider to optimize features, fix issues, and roll out updates.
* Define product requirements and communicate them effectively to the software provider.
* Analyze player behavior and market trends to recommend improvements and new features.
* Coordinate promotions, tournaments, and product enhancements with internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to align product offerings with business objectives.
* Act as the subject matter expert for the poker product, providing insights and training to internal teams.
Your Qualifications
* Proven experience in online poker, iGaming, or a related industry. Big Advantage.
* Strong understanding of poker games, tournaments, and player behavior.
* Experience in product management, operations, or account management (preferably in iGaming).
* Ability to interpret KPIs, player data, and market trends to drive business decisions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with external partners.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements in online gaming markets is a plus.
* Passion for poker and staying up to date with industry trends.
* Fluent English – written and verbal is a MUST.
