Commercial Director IBERIA Role:
The Commercial Director IBERIA will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated growth strategy for the Leica Biosystems product portfolio in the IBERIA region.
This includes increasing market share through effective market leadership, developing and growing our associates, and delivering budgeted performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver budgeted performance through achieving or exceeding planned growth for all product lines within IBERIA.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy with a thoughtful and solid approach to the market potential and growth objectives.
• Develop and deliver winning regional sales plans, focusing on key account strategies and effective stakeholder management.
• Own the regional forecast through rigorous funnel management and opportunity review.
• Use best practices for KPI measurement, track major objectives weekly/monthly/quarterly for review with the VP of Commercial, ensuring consistency and alignment with other regions for continuity of data reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required – preferably with a sciences or healthcare related focus.
Multiple years of demonstrated success in leading commercial teams, preferably in the healthcare sector, managing both long- and short-term business cycles through effective funnel management practices.
Proven track record of managing complex key accounts and effectively implementing winning key account management practices.
In-depth experience with sales methods, policies, processes, tools, and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical capabilities and financial acumen in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships both inside and outside the organization – ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and be accountable for delivering business results.
Travel:
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Remote Work Arrangement:
