Savills Spain, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, wants to hire a Senior Sales Executive to become part of the Residential Sales based in Marbella office.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing expert advice on luxury residential properties.
2. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and precision.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.
4. Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to generate leads.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Marbella property market, including trends and competitor activities.
6. Collaborate with the wider Savills team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Deliver on monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Savills CRM systems.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
2. Proven track record in luxury real estate sales or a related field.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of the Marbella property market and surrounding areas.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are an advantage).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
