New Retail Category Operations Manager (A163963)
Location: Madrid
Responsibilities:
* Target management: Set targets for the Mobile Phone/PAD and AIoT category and follow up on achieving them weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
* Product management: Manage product life cycles, including planning for introductory, growth, maturity, and end-of-life periods. Develop launch plans based on product features and competitive analysis, and collaborate with relevant departments for implementation.
* Sales management: Ensure sales achievement for Mobile Phone/PAD categories, regularly analyze sales data, and review category trading strategies.
* Market insight: Gather market, industry, and competition information; conduct product analysis and positioning; formulate and implement retail strategies; monitor product life cycle sales; and summarize experiences and methods.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, with fluent communication in English.
* Passionate about sales, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in the consumer electronics industry.
* Ability to monitor and analyze the mobile phone/PDA category, regularly assess relevant product and industry data, and propose optimization solutions.
* Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
* Clear logic, strong execution ability, and proficient data analysis and problem-solving skills.
