Overview :
ASSISTANT, IE University
Vice-rectorate for Academic Affairs
Tasks :
* Assist in the processes of the official Programs and in the processes of the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System related to all the University Programs.
* Provide technical management and coordination support on a cross-cutting basis in all the activities carried out by the Department.
Responsibilities :
* Coordinate and manage internal follow-up processes of University’s Programs.
* Coordinate the collection of information (reports, surveys, data, etc.) required by the University’s Internal Quality Assurance System.
* Manage the documentation submission to official bodies (Junta de Castilla y León, Community of Madrid, Ministry of Education, ACSUCYL, etc.), as well as other information required at different times of the academic year.
* Design, develop and update other documents in English and / or Spanish related to the Vice-rectorate needs.
* Assist the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs and the Director of Quality and Accreditation.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Teamworking, customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish regarding administrative and legal documents.
* Experience in project management and document management related to Public Administration is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office and data analysis systems.
