Job Title: Sales and Market Management for West Europe
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, focusing on sales activities such as identifying potential opportunities, conducting business negotiations, and processing contracts.
* Collaborate with Business Partners and End-users to establish and manage a national sales network, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Organize seminars and workshops to support the growth of the market, while fostering strong relationships with partners.
* Contribute to market research and analysis to inform sales expansion strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Clinical Diagnostics, Biology, or a related field;
* Excellent English communication skills;
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the IVD industry, with a preference for experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics and molecular diagnosis;
* Strong capabilities in business development and account management;
* Effective presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with excellent communication abilities.
