SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as-a-Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as-a-Service to Digital Workplace solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
You will report to the Iberia SSG Leader. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings with the EMEA Specialized team.
What You will do:
* Scope customer and solution requirements through meetings, analysis, requirements workshops, customer visits, use cases and scenarios.
* Translate the requirements into architectures & solutions delivered by Lenovo.
* Create business case collateral and can create and cost solutions across the full end user space including physical deployment.
* Drive the technical certification and validation for all opportunities across customer solutions and architecture.
* Think and act strategically, anticipate future trends and develop solution visions.
* Challenge existing processes to ensure the best solution for the customer.
* Maintain current understanding of technology, tools and toolsets in the industry.
* Work autonomously across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision and input.
* Develop, maintain, and cultivate strong trusted and meaningful customer relationships at all levels, through a deep understanding of their key business issues.
What we expect from You:
* Ability to interpret our customers’ business and technical requirements and translate them into IT services and solutions which add real business value.
* A deep understanding of digital workplace architectures, in support of complex customer engagements, and transformation programs.
* End User workplace environment high-level technical knowledge, including business value, use cases, and migration.
* Experience in creating and presenting business cases which outline business benefits and show value-add and cost savings.
* Experience in creating IT services’ cost models and can articulate and cost risk within the solution.
* 5+ years’ experience in requirements definition, and be experienced in project management, change management and problem solving in a service business environment. Industry recognized accreditations are a significant advantage in Consulting and Project Management frameworks, approaches, and methodologies.
* Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired results needed to all levels of audience up to and including CXO.
* Experience with process improvements across regions within an organization required.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, customers, and other employees.
* Business fluent in Spanish and English.
