To strengthen our team in Spain, we are currently looking for a Sales & Application Engineer (M/F) : (location can be our office in Madrid or a home office in Barcelona or Bilbao).
What's it all about?
* You will contribute to technical and commercial sales tasks, such as providing product consultation, training, and support within all areas of the power network to our customer base.
* You will be responsible for active sales development in support of the ASM for the Iberian market.
* You will prepare and hold product presentations and onsite demonstrations of our products.
* You will conduct product training and hold seminars for our customers.
* You will feedback the market needs for existing and future products and give technical input.
* You will take part in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and user meetings.
* Your travel share is up to 50%.
What are we looking for?
* You have completed a professional technical education in electrical engineering.
* You have at least 3 years of practical testing and commissioning experience in power systems, especially in the fields of power system primary apparatus (CT, VT, Power Transformers, and Breakers).
* Ideally, you are well experienced with the main OMICRON products and you know how to use them.
* You enjoy selling and convincing customers using your networking skills.
* You have a creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented attitude.
* You are a proactive and organized person with good communication skills.
* You enjoy working in an international team spread across Spain/Europe and you like traveling.
* You have excellent knowledge of English and Spanish.
