Job Description
● Lead seller operations programs planning, including: KPI setting, monitor key metrics, identify potential issues & gaps and define best practices.
● Be an expert in using data to measure and analyse business performance. Analyse operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
● Explore business opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.
● Collaborate with various expert teams to rollout effective products/services improvements.
● Manage the relationship with external partners supporting seller onboarding. Drive alignment between stakeholders and act as main point of contact.
Position
Requirement
● +5 years working experience in program/project management roles in E-commerce / Marketplaces / Internet companies within Seller Ops.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with SQL and data querying will be a plus.
● Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights/risks to transform them into action plans and measuring its success.
● Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as main driver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Problem-solving mindset. Energetic and adaptive to change
● Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Technical discipline)
● Proficient English is a must for this position. Italian, French and German will be a plus.
