SD Worx Sales Excellence Team is seeking a Deal Pricing Specialist, responsible for the accurate and efficient implementation of pricing strategies across all sales channels. This is a pivotal role within our sales process. The Deal Pricing Specialist will be instrumental in building winning proposals, while maintaining pricing data integrity and collaborating with sales team, pre-sales & strategic pricing team.
The selected candidate will mainly be supporting the Benelux and Southern Europe sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Execution
-Implement pricing changes and promotions in the company’s pricing systems accurately and on schedule.
-Monitor and verify the accuracy of pricing updates across all platforms.
-Maintain the integrity of pricing data and ensure consistency across all systems.
-Ensure Quotes and Order Forms are approved within pricing and discount policies.
-Run day-to-day quote and pricing build up/approvals.
Collaboration and Support
-Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help driving new deals as well as up-sell opportunities (tactical pricing)
-Assist the sales team with pricing-related inquiries and issues.
-Manage escalations to senior leadership when applicable.
-Participate in the development and implementation of pricing policies and procedures.
Process Improvement
-Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities.
-Participate in projects aimed at improving pricing implementation efficiency and accuracy.
Data Management and Analysis
-Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports.
-Provide analysis and insights on won & lost past deals priced and feedback strategic pricing director:
oComparative analysis: per market, per segment, per solution,…
oQualitative analysis: Insights for management discussions on alignment of pricing strategy and market reality
oRisk analysis: perform sensitivity analysis to see how changes in key assumptions would have impacted a deal’s success.
oSynergy analysis: compare deal synergies assumptions (costs savings, revenue enhancements, …)
oMarket reaction analysis: analyze market reaction to any new pricing enhancement launched.

-Is adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way.
-Is willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
-Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.
-Has a thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles,
-Experience in Sales Operations in a software or service company can be a plus,
-Experience with SFDC tool can also be a plus.
-Fluent English is required as it will be the working language.
