We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager who will also take responsibility for the overall management of Food and Beverage (F&B) operations.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with the ability to develop innovative strategies, focusing on profitability, service quality, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
* Hotel Management Support: Collaborate closely with the Hotel Director to oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the highest efficiency in daily management and compliance with quality and service standards.
* Food and Beverage Management: Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the F&B department, including the kitchen, service, and bar areas, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and a positive work environment for the team.
* Development and Improvement of the Gastronomic Offer: Design and implement strategies to improve the hotel’s F&B offerings, aligning them with guest expectations and market trends, while ensuring quality and authenticity.
* Budget Control and Operational Management: Effectively manage the F&B department's budget, ensuring strict control over operational costs, including purchasing, inventory, and personnel expenses.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design attractive commercial proposals, special menus, and promotions that ensure profitability without compromising quality.
* Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in all areas of the F&B department, as well as with local and international regulations.
* Event and Promotion Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, seasonal menus, and promotions, aligning offerings with the hotel's image and guest expectations.
* Customer Experience Management: Ensure that guests have a memorable experience across all hotel facilities, continuously overseeing and improving service quality at all customer touchpoints.
* Reservation and Operational Adaptability: Collaborate with the reception department to manage and verify hotel bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction and the correct allocation of rooms according to their needs and special requests.
* Be available to step in for the Hotel Director in their absence, ensuring the continuity of operations and maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times.
Qualifications and skills:
Educational Background: A degree or higher vocational qualification in Gastronomy, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, particularly in F&B management in luxury establishments, 5-star hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high levels of motivation and performance.
* Hotel Operations Management: Experience in managing room reservations, familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), and the ability to adapt quickly to operational changes.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
* Technological Proficiency: Proficient in computer tools and software specialized in F&B and hotel operations management.
* Availability: Commitment to being physically present in Ibiza during the hotel's opening months, with availability to step in for the Hotel Director and assume the Manager on Duty role when required.
* Driving License: B
