SEEKING: SAP HCM France PY Consultant
We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant with at least 4-5 years of experience, specifically in French Payroll.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
2. Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
3. Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
4. Write clear functional specifications.
5. Support the business for change management.
6. Communicate clearly with different key users and stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Expert in Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
2. Expert in French payroll – full scope including ALE posting and legal reports implementation (DNS and other legal reports).
3. Experienced in application maintenance, familiar with SLA/KPI metrics.
4. Experienced in project methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation, and go-live).
5. Strong communication and user management skills.
6. Self-management and self-organization.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
1. Experience in positive Time Management or other HCM modules.
2. Other languages: French.
Language:
English (C1 Level)

* Rate: €280/€340 per day + VAT (According to proven experience)
