VP Customer Success
Location : Barcelona, Spain or Remote, Europe
Company Info : Backed by new investment from a top-tier VC firm, this dynamic 200-person SaaS business is expanding rapidly. With over 1200 customers across Europe and the US, the business is revolutionising the way that Life Sciences companies manage their audit requirements.
The Role : With a fast-growing customer base, the business is seeking to add a proven and experienced Customer Success leader to drive international expansion. Reporting to the CRO, this role will be responsible for leading and building a team of commercial CSMs; developing comprehensive growth strategies and interfacing regularly with strategic customers as a senior figure and escalation point.
Key Responsibilities :
* Member of senior leadership team; represent CS internally and foster cross-function collaboration.
* Grow a book of business in excess of $10m ARR.
* Implement forward-thinking, scalable practices for the development of CS.
* Manage and mentor a team of high-performing Account Managers & CSMs.
* Interface with key customers to support deal progression.
