We are looking for an analytical and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts. This role requires a data-driven expert with a deep understanding of performance marketing channels in all markets, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and other performance-driven initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and luxury positioning.
2. Define and oversee the annual performance marketing budget, forecasting traffic and revenue targets while optimizing ROI and CPA.
3. Coordinate the day-to-day management and execution of all performance marketing activities, including PPC, paid social, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
4. Manage relationships with performance marketing agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency across all paid media.
5. Identify and implement new customer acquisition opportunities through innovative paid marketing initiatives.
6. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing programs, including commission structures, partnership development, and program expansion across key markets.
7. Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms to drive data-driven decision-making.
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels, identifying risks and opportunities while proactively optimizing strategies.
9. Collaborate with brand, merchandising, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
10. Oversee the brands performance marketing campaigns with wholesale partners (e.g., Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus) to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
11. Work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing team to test and explore new digital marketing channels for future growth.
12. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing innovations to maintain the brand’s competitive edge.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving strong ROI across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
4. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, with a strong analytical mindset.
5. Experience in budget management and financial forecasting for digital marketing campaigns.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience working with creative teams to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned digital assets.
8. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, trends, and expectations.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
10. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively solve challenges.
11. Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
