The ideal Main activities and responsibilities:Research companies/lead generationReach out to companies via phone/emailMeet or exceed sales goals;Conduct B2B negotiations, close deals;Maintain client records in CRM;Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, handle clients' requests/questions in timely manner;Take part in creation of strategic sales plans, that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence, implement them and analyze the results;Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;Identify and implement ways to increase leads and sales performanceWhat we're looking for:A background in ANY of the following areas: Real Estate, Hospitality or Tourism, Technology or Sustainability projectsPrevious experience in tele sales and lead generation, understanding of the sales process and dynamics;Experience of work with foreign B2B clients (US/EU);Advanced level of written and spoken English;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telecommunications and email;Strong self-management skills;High School diploma or higher education;Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookWhat we offer:100% Remote work ;IP telephony;Base pay and generous uncapped commission structure;B2B clients around the world;Conditions for professional development and career growth.
