We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to prospect for new opportunities and execute campaigns to the existing customer base as well as new client acquisition.
You will join the global Business Development team and report directly to our Sales Director for Western Europe. You will work closely with our global business development team as well as the wider company to drive demand and help the business development team expand the business. This role will be responsible for rapidly growing opportunities and collaborating internally to maximise them in this fast-growing market.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Western Europe, preferably Spain.
What you will do:
Qualify inbound leads using the BANT qualification method and hand them over to Business Development Managers.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels, including emails and social media.
Target and establish direct contact with prospects.
Provide a concise value proposition and position One Click LCA as a potential trusted advisor to our customers.
Document and create opportunities using Salesforce - our CRM system.
Provide clear visibility of pipeline, opportunities and all business development activities.
Work closely with regional Business Development teams, Marketing and Customer Success.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, creating a positive first impression.
Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to understand their business needs and challenges.
Be an active member of the Global Business Development team, contribute and help build global best practices.
What you need:
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales for high-growth SaaS environments.
Knowledge of prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, Sales Navigator and others is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-orientated with a drive to get things done and overcome challenges.
Ability to manage a changing workload and remain proactive at all times.
Clear, direct, timely and relevant communication style and good cooperation skills.
Understanding of and passion for sustainability. Demonstrable ability to get up to speed with the sector is more important than prior experience.
Fluency in English as it is our working language as well as French or German, respectively. Italian & Spanish are seen as a plus.
