Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for integration of local home appliance service provider, capability assessment for 3PL, and establishment of resource library.
2. Responsible for operation data monitoring, storage and distribution, and improving operation quality.
3. Oversee home appliance delivery, assembly, installation, linking service departments, and providing integrated services.
4. Manage complaints, efficiently solve user questions, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Train service providers for large home appliances to ensure all service requirements are implemented correctly.
6. Collaborate with various departments to resolve difficult issues in home appliance logistics.
7. Optimize operations based on local conditions.
8. Promote management initiatives for cost saving and increasing efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 5 years of experience in large appliance logistics management, familiar with warehouse distribution planning and operation management.
3. Good customer service awareness, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
4. Proficient in English for daily working language.
5. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills; proficient in computer operations, such as PPT, Word, Excel, CAD, etc.
