ADMIN Intune Support
We are looking for an experienced Admin Intune Support. As a Workplace Technical, you will be responsible for the administration and support of users' workstation environments (laptop + industrial devices), primarily running Windows 11 for 9000 devices. You will also manage Intune Policies and handle all kinds of incidents related.
As a Workplace Technical Support and Maintenance:
1. Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems on user workstations.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Deploy and manage necessary software and applications for users.
2. User Support: Provide level 1/2 support for mobile devices and workstation-related issues.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to operating systems, software, and hardware.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
1. Experience working with Intune and managing the tool.
2. Experience managing Antivirus and Security tools.
3. Experience managing devices with Intune.
4. Experience with Windows 10/11 and associated issues.
5. Experience with Microsoft Updates.
6. Experience with license management for 3rd party software.
7. Experience as an Apple Business Manager Administrator.
8. Experience deploying Policies via Intune.
9. Experience with conditional access.
10. Experience with Windows Autopilot.
11. Experience with mobile devices (Android and iOS).
Propose and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and security of workstations.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Proven experience in large-scale IT projects.
Certification in project management is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
Language: English is the primary language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
WE OFFER:

2. Rate: €300/€330 per day + VAT (according to proven experience).
