HRIT People are working with a global end-client (final client) with 45,000 global employees in 80 countries who use SAP SuccessFactors as their global cloud HR System. Currently, the team is looking for a new member to join them on a full-time permanent basis, located in Spain. The position can be worked remotely in Spain. SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Or senior Consultant) focused on Employee Central & Time Management.
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The role involves working with clients to understand their business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central & Time Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation and Business Analysis:
* Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and document processes.
* Advise clients on best practices in SAP SuccessFactors, providing insights on optimizing HR functions using the system.
* Understand client-specific needs and design customized solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
Configuration and Implementation:
* Configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management).
* Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements.
* Design, build, and test configurations and perform data migration activities.
Training and Support:
* Provide end-user training and documentation on how to use SAP SuccessFactors.
* Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-deployment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
* Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations.
* Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules but ideally Employee Central and time (TimeOff / Time management)
* Certifications also a bonus
Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and business processes.
* Experience in data migration, integration, and custom reporting in SuccessFactors.
* Familiarity with SAP HCM modules is a plus.
