The programme analyst has an eagle eye for detail, a drive for efficiency, and great time management skills. Their duties will consist of tracking the status of tasks within multiple projects and ongoing initiatives, administrative tasks, liaising with responsible owners for updates, and ensuring that the projects and deliverables meet company goals and standards.Objectives and responsibilities of this role :Monitor every step of a project, programme or initiative for successful and timely completionTrack the status of each action in detailMaintain various trackers relating to key compliance activitiesSupport the FCC Senior Programme Coordinator in the planning of new projectsPrepare meeting packs for various meetings and prepare minutesCreate and continuously improve programme reportingIdentify weak areas, best practices and (in)efficient procedures to improve future programsMaintain consistent communication with task ownersSupport in daily administrative activitiesSkills and qualifications (must have) :Demonstrated experience in tracking and administrative activitiesProven organisational skills, drive to work in a structured wayExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely mannerFirm understanding of procedures that increase efficiencyKnowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and SlidesDedication to fostering a collaborative teamSolution-oriented mindsetPreferred qualifications (nice to have) :Experience in planning projectsFamiliarity with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF)Ability to generate analytical reports to measure programme impactFamiliarity with JiraAbout Us :Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
