Your Role :
* Managing office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace
* Greeting visitors and handling high-volume phone calls
* Supervising and mentoring office staff for maximum productivity
* Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Overseeing HR and accounting coordination with external partners
* Managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement
* Creating presentations and management-level reports
* Drafting contracts and handling correspondence
* Providing outstanding service to customers and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For :
* Fluent in English & Spanish (or another European language)
* 2+ years of office administration experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Strong time management and stress-resistance skills
* Eligible to live and work in Europe
