Alibaba International - Procurement Manager (Marketing) - Madrid
Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of MKT services, including event, creative and production, social media, KOL, celebrity, media purchase, etc.
* In charge of Global MKT procurement management, including sourcing, contracts negotiation, evaluation, and supplier selection based on performance, quality, and cost criteria. Provide feasible and flexible procurement strategies based on stakeholder requests with strong problem-solving skills.
* Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
* Project management to support stakeholders for each case to ensure delivery and quality control.
* Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential procurement opportunities. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in MKT procurement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, digital, procurement, or a related field.
* Proven experience in global MKT procurement or Marketing for at least 5 years.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations is preferred.
* Well-understood global market or social trends. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed procurement decisions.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural organization.
* Fluent English communication skills are a must.
