We work with major international clients in industries ranging from eCommerce and tech to government, culture, and tourism.We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to expand our presence in international markets — especially in English-speaking countries — and open new business opportunities in the B2B digital services space. Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities using advanced outreach strategies.Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, cold emails and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest.CRM Management: Use HubSpot to manage contacts, track deals, and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.Client Acquisition: Take ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to deal closing.LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Leverage this tool to identify decision-makers and build high-quality connections.Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation efforts and accelerate growth.Performance: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting on KPIs and pipeline progression. What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital services, SaaS, or professional solutions.Proven success in cold prospecting and client acquisition.Proficient in HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset.Excellent command of English (C1 or above).Knowledge of digital marketing or translation/localization services is a plus.
