Job Description
Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and programs matching the business strategy that will enable the IBERIA organization and its approximative 400 employees to continue robust growth and to further develop its organizational culture.
Act as partner to the Managing Director and to the IBERIA Management Team, and work with key stakeholders across the IBERIA organization to identify and successfully handle people & organization related needs.
Manage and lead the HR team IBERIA to jointly develop, implement and refine relevant HR policies, processes and practices which deliver continuous improvement in the organizational effectiveness, while ensuring legal and corporate compliance.
Reflect the requirements of increasing organizational agility & resilience needs, digitalization, and virtualization both in the transformational and transactional HR offer.
Further develop and refine the company benefits and remuneration structures to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the marketplace.
Design and management of programs and initiatives to enhance management and leadership capabilities and by this organizational performance and organizational culture.
Measure effectiveness and review the quality and the impact of the HR activities whilst providing constructive feedback for continuous development.
Manage, lead, coach and develop the HR Team IBERIA.
Collaborate with the HR EMEA Team; contribute and benefit from this cooperation.
