We are looking for a driven engineer that wants to contribute to the growth of our position in the South of the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build and implement IT software for industrial installations for one of our clients.
* Contribute to the fast-growing business unit of MES & Data Analytics consisting of around 55 specialists.
* Design and realize applications and solutions in an industrial environment.
* Ensure, in close consultation with the customer and client, that the desired output is correctly translated into a clear and transparent design.
* Develop, maintain and operate new and existing services in support of site operations.
What do we expect from you?
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Life Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
* Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience with MES.
* Knowledge and experience in the field of .NET (C#, VB, ASP) / SQL.
* At least 5 years’ experience in application development, system administration, or application support.
* Experience with an MES product/package such as Wonderware, TrakSYS, GE PlantApps, Shopfloor-Online, or Siemens is an advantage.
* Experience with designing information interfaces, data conversion, and network and infrastructure fundamentals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Affinity with industrial automation.
* Experience with PLC / SCADA is a pre.
* Knowledge of ISA95 / ISA88 is a pre.
What We Offer:
* 2 years Xelvin contract including competitive salary, holiday allowance, paid holidays, and pension.
