Our mission is to bring exciting and innovative Pet, wellness, beauty, and kitchen products to retailers in Europe. We partner with the founders of successful US and Chinese-based start-ups, becoming their European head office, creating and delivering their sales and marketing strategy in a new territory.
Since beginning in 2008, we have launched nearly 100 brands and supply more than 100 of the largest retailers in Europe including Selfridges, John Lewis, Argos, Currys, Power, Elkjop, Boulanger, Fnac, Mediamarkt, Galaxus, Interdiscount and many more. We also own a wide range of our own and very exciting private label brands
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to manage various order-related tasks, including invoicing, stock control, and handling customer and warehouse issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, updating reports, managing communications with warehouses and customers, and ensuring smooth operations in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Invoicing:
Receiving and processing orders, confirm order details, and ensure timely invoices for European regions.
Add new orders in Sage, ensuring accurate stock management and coordination with relevant teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Address and resolve any invoicing, delivery issues, and stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation for all order-related activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues, warehouse concerns, EAN code discrepancies, missing or damaged units, penalties, and collections.
Reports and Forecasting:
Maintain and update various stock reports for clients.
Update exchange rates and ensure all reports reflect accurate financial and stock information.
Regularly follow up on outstanding orders and bookings with 3PL.
Handle Orders Report and ensure all necessary bookings are created and amended as needed.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
File insurance claims if necessary and take appropriate action for missing or damaged units.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in order processing, invoicing, and stock control.
Proficiency in Sage or similar ERP software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with customers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
Excellent communications skills in English
