About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, partnerships, and revenue expansion for Gridly. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong track record in B2B sales, partnerships, and scaling business opportunities.
You will play a key role in identifying new markets, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership skills to support Gridly’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Gridly’s market presence.
Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to drive growth.
Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to contract negotiations.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with Gridly’s business goals.
Conduct market research to explore new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
Develop strategies for international expansion and new business verticals.
3. Relationship Management & Client Success
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, enterprise clients, and decision-makers.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure client needs are met.
Provide consultative insights to help customers maximize the value of Gridly’s solutions.
4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
Provide insights on market demands, pricing models, and competitive intelligence.
Represent Gridly at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience in SaaS, tech, or localization industries (preferred).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
