Job Responsibilities:
* Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole.
* Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided.
* Analyse data using modelling practices to identify improvements and changes.
* Identify processes and information technology required for recommendations.
* Communicate benefits across departments and address uncertainty and concern.
* Produce written documentation to support work, report findings and present to stakeholders.
* Support staff and teams in making recommended changes and resolve issues.
* Evaluate impact of changes made and oversee reporting on this evaluation.
Requirements:
* IT/Technical/Quantitative degree or equivalent working experience as a Business Analyst.
* Knowledge of SQL (Python a plus) and data visualisation.
* Financial Analysis experience desirable.
* Advanced knowledge of IT office tools (Google Sheets desirable).
* C1 Level of English.
* Excellent analytical skills and informed approach.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to talk to and present to audiences.
* Working experience in KPI monitoring.
* Contact center sector experience desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes.
* Passion for creating solutions and positive attitude to change.
* Strong interest in business and business development.
* Good understanding of information technology.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with 39 hours per week.
Gross salary: €26,000 per year.
This is a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
This is a permanent contract.
