Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor is wanted to join our client (BPO Consultancy) team in A Coruña.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.REQUIREMENTS:C2 or fluent in Portugal Portuguese (C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable.Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.OFFER:Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.Dynamic and multicultural work environment.Strong focus on work-life balance.Comprehensive training on the product, advanced technologies, and in-demand skills in the market.Office-based position in A Coruña location, or the option to work remotely from anywhere in Spain.Guidance and tools to reach career potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
