At MRM we’re looking for a Digital Analyst who thrives on transforming data into meaningful insights. As part of our growing Digital Analytics team, you will work alongside SEO specialists, content creators, CRM experts (Salesforce), and business intelligence professionals to drive data-informed strategies that power exceptional digital experiences for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working with Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, and who’s eager to collaborate across disciplines to optimize websites, campaigns, and digital products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Design and implement measurement frameworks that align with business and marketing goals
2. Lead or support the implementation of tracking solutions (GTM, GA4, event tagging) and ensure data accuracy
3. Build insightful dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and BigQuery to deliver value-driven insights
4. Analyze digital user behavior and campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations
5. Define and maintain UTM tracking strategies and campaign taxonomy standards
6. Collaborate with SEO, CRM, content, and creative teams to inform and guide cross-functional decisions
7. Participate in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing initiatives
8. Assist in implementing Consent Management Platforms (e.g., Cookiebot, OneTrust)
9. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital analytics and propose innovative approaches, including AI-driven solutions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1. 3+ years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role
2. Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
3. Strong understanding of UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and digital marketing performance metrics
4. Experience with dashboarding, reporting automation, and data storytelling
5. Familiarity with consent management and GDPR-compliant tracking practices
6. SQL proficiency and experience working with raw data
7. (Nice to have) Experience with CDPs or marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
8. (Nice to have) Experience integrating with CRM and BI teams
9. Analytical mindset with a strategic and business-oriented approach
10. Strong communication skills: able to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
11. Team player with a collaborative spirit and a solution-oriented attitude
12. Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
13. Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on impact
14. Eager to contribute to the growth of the team and mentor junior analysts if needed
