Key Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of IT services to our customers, according to the agreed service level agreements.Monitor and coordinate the team’s request and incident queues.Coordinate delivery of team’s vulnerability and obsolescence management plans.Ensure that the asset management reporting is consistent and comprehensive. Skills:Strong knowledge of IT service delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under pressure and with tight deadlines.Fluent in written and spoken English Job Conditions & Benefits: Permanent contract.
