Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of tasks within the department including, but not limited to, personnel administration, recruitment, training and development.Discussing confidential information outside the Human Resources Office is prohibited.
Essential Functions
PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION:
o Management of hires, leavers, contract expirations and contractual modifications with the external supplier.
o Management of medical leaves and workplace accidents
o Management of registrations, cancellations, suggestions and incidents of the staff canteen.
o Control and management of vacations, leaves of absence, absenteeism, etc.
o Resolving doubts of employees and leaders in labor and social security matters.
o Keeping up to date with internal policies, SOP and current labor legislation.
o Collaboration with the external PRL service in the following matters: medical examinations, documentation of new hires, health and safety protocols, uniforms, CAE, first aid kits, etc.
o Update the database in the different management platforms of the department.
o Generate and distribute the different HR reports.
o Management of the Time Registration and Time Audit system.
o Coordination and management of employee lockers.
o Support in Compensation and Benefits program.
RECRUITMENT – TRAINING - DEVELOPMENT
o Lead the NNG programme by attending career fairs and liaising with the different schools and universities.
o Support to the Recruitment, Training and Development area when required (Performance evaluations, work climate survey, exit and follow-up interviews, etc.).
o Provide an exceptional candidate experience, regardless of application outcome.
o Prepare welcome packages and input new hires into necessary systems (Factorial, Internal Masterfile, etc.).
o Attend job fairs and assist in coordination as needed.
o Assist with setting up events (Nobu parties, community events, talent day) including purchasing items and coordination with other departments.
o Support with the development of initiatives to improve employee engagement and employer branding.
o Lead the internal communication project between HR and employees, informing them of all the actions carried out, news, events, vacancies, etc.
o Collaboration with the HR Manager in the implementation of HR projects and policies.
o Additional tasks at the request of the HR Manager.
What are we looking for in you?
Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources or Law is highly valued.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment (Personnel Administration).
Communication: Fluent in Spanish & English
Advanced Level in Microsoft Office highly desirable
Communicative, organizational and time management skills, continuous adaptation to change, flexible, people oriented and ability to work in a team
