Job Title: Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a background in managing contact centers and clients to lead our Iberia and UK teams. The ideal candidate will excel at leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Regularly meet with clients to ensure project quality, address improvement areas, and maintain strong communication and relation.
* Team Leadership for up to 300 people: Support and engage employees through growth, training, and collaboration with HR and with Coordinators and Team leaders for recruitment and team updates.
* P&L, Profit and Budgeting: Manage budgets, ensure profitability, and allocate resources effectively to meet company targets.
About You
* 5+ years of experience managing contact centers or customer satisfaction projects (automotive experience is a plus).
* Strong background in team management (teams at least up to 50 people).
* Expertise in process improvement and lean methods.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish (C1/native) and English (C1/business level).
* Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
* Relevant experience as a PM in automotive industry, a certification in Project Management (COPC or similar) is a plus.
