Day Shift - 5am-1:30pm
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy cooking and baking in a fast-paced environment. As a cook and baker, you will work collaboratively with a team to prepare authentic recipes. Your responsibilities will include time management of food production, ensuring all dishes are ready for service on time.
Responsibilities:
* Time food production to meet service demands.
* Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus, prioritizing freshness, quality, and presentation.
* Implement batch cooking techniques to maintain optimal production levels.
* Support colleagues in maintaining kitchen operations, ensuring essential functions are performed efficiently.
* Contribute to the preparation of desserts, baked goods, and other menu items.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of cooking or baking experience.
* A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* ServSafe certification is highly valued.
