Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact: Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues with ease.
Resolve Issues Efficiently: Address customer concerns quickly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
Problem-Solving: Use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Customer Advocacy: Be the trusted voice that ensures every customer interaction results in positive outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table:
Fluency in Norwegian (both oral and written) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support or service is a bonus.
Banking/Finance Knowledge: Experience from the banking or credit sector in the Nordics is highly valued.
Calm Under Pressure: Youre resourceful, resilient, and able to maintain composure in challenging situations.
Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and tools.
Integrity Matters: A clean credit record is a must, as youll handle sensitive financial data.
