Job Title: ServiceNow Business AnalystLocation: Madrid, Spain (Full Remote)Employment type: ContractDuration: 6-12+ monthsStart: ASAPRate: 450 EUR per dayCore experience: ServiceNow SPM order managementKey Responsibilities:Drive Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) design implementation.Act as Product Owner or Business Analyst, depending on experience.Translate high-level processes into epics, features, and user stories in ServiceNow.Define and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring best practices in deployment.Lead process design workshops with business stakeholders.Advocate for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while meeting business needs.Conduct product POC demos, gather feedback, and define improvements.Stay updated on new ServiceNow SPM features for future-proof designs.Work closely with technical teams to align configurations with business objectives.Required Skills Experience:✅ 6+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager in ServiceNow.✅ Strong expertise in OM and/or SPM (Product Catalog, Ordering, Portfolio Strategic Planning, Agile Development).✅ Experience with CSDM, Target Operating Models, and large service management transformations.✅ Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (SAFe preferred).✅ Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
