Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Portuguese and Spanish markets.
Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
3. Provide accurate and timely information
4. Follow company guidelines and procedures
5. Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
6. Native/High fluency both PORTUGUESE and SPANISH
7. Good fluency in English
8. Previous customer service experience preferred
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Ability to work night shift hours
11. Strong problem-solving skills
12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
