Our collaborator is a high-quality housing boutique located in Eivissa, Spain. They are working with high-class customers from all over the world, ensuring a satisfying experience when staying in Eivissa.
Within this placement, you will learn how to work in the real estate industry as well as gain experience working with luxury properties.
Tasks
1. Deal with worldwide high-end clients and arrange for them all the necessary for their holidays (office based via phone or email most of the time)
2. Follow up clients via email and phone
3. Review, advise and experience what’s happening on the island in order to give good advice
4. Develop new networks and new sale channels
5. Concierge sales report to the manager once a week
6. Receive clients and welcome them Check in & Check out during peak season if needed
Requirements
1. Fluent English spoken and written
2. French is a plus
3. Minimum 5 months
4. Driving license
5. Enjoying to travel, with traveling backgrounds
6. Be extremely organized and extremely punctual (this is crucial)
7. Maintain a positive attitude towards customers, having people skills and paying attention to details
8. Knowledge of the island of Ibiza is a plus
9. Good communication skills
10. Studying hotel/hospitality management/tourism or customer care
