Private Client Consultancy, a leader in financial services, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to join our team in the south of Spain. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the learning and development strategy, ensuring our employees, particularly Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers, have the skills and knowledge to excel in client engagement, compliance, and achieving business objectives.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop Training Programs: Create and implement a robust training strategy tailored to Private Client Consultancy, to include compliance, culture and values and sales strategies.
2. Deliver Training: Conduct engaging in-person, virtual, and remote training sessions, offering a mixed approach to training to ensure every PCC Wealth advisor provides consistent and excellent customer service.
3. Coach and Develop Talent: Provide one-on-one and group coaching for Wealth Managers and other colleagues to enhance client relationship management, sales techniques, and financial planning skills.
4. Ensure Compliance: Design and deliver regulatory training on topics related to compliance, keeping abreast of changes in legislation.
5. Collaborate: Partner with the whole of the business to promote a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
6. Measure Success: Evaluate training effectiveness and report on progress, outcomes, and ROI.
What You’ll Bring
1. Experience: At least 5 years in training, coaching, or learning & development, preferably within financial services. Proven experience working with Financial Advisors or Wealth Managers is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Spanish financial regulations and compliance training.
3. Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills, with proficiency in training tools, LMS platforms, and remote training technologies.
4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field (certifications in training, coaching, or financial planning are a plus).
