We are looking for a SAP HR/FI-AP for a hybrid project based in Madrid.
Description
Responsible to define, build, deliver and maintain Finance business applications in alignment with the client business strategy, specially Cytric and its integration with other systems such: Workady and S4H covering the EtE, supporting the posting of the expenses in SAP and the payment process for the employee.
The Finance &, People Solutions team enables Digital Business Solutions (DBS) and Digital and Transformation Services (DTS) to improve the overall client's business performance through Process Automation.
Understanding requirements of internal customers & propose and implement solutions while keeping the processes and tools as standard. This team s supporting the client's organization targeting business outcomes such as increase security, cost reductions and overall increase in the quality of business. The ability to provide timely and accurate information and to provide effective support is critical to the Function and to the service given to Top Management.
*Description*
• Automated solution identification for travel and expenses end-to-end. • Propose a system solution: based on high level business requirements, recommend potential solutions during the feasibility study to ensure end to end consistency.
• Provide recommendations to the business: advise process owner about the best solution from a functional point of view while keeping the processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.
• Validate detailed requirements and ensure that the delivered solution/applications meet their expectations.
Functional design:
• Collect and review detailed business specifications with internal Business Partners (Finance, CISO, TRU).
• Analyze the detailed impact on existing processes and on the usage of existing tools supporting these processes.
• Define functional specifications (defined by other team member) of the solution using standard solutions whenever possible.
Solution construction and design:
• Provide guidance to Business Solutions on the EtE impcats.
• Provide functional support and quality control in all stages of a solution development.
• Perform SIT/UAT tests to ensure solutions’ reliability.
• Create user documentation and educational materials (including user communications) to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
• Provide leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development or upgrade of a solution to ensure application matches with business requirements.
• Provide guidance to Business Solutions on information and architecture management.
• Provide technical support and quality control in all stages of a solution development.
• Propose architecture approaches that bring application efficiencies and eliminates potential negative impacts.
• Coordinate integration and performance tests to ensure solutions’ reliability.
• Validate technical requirement with Developer and support development team during the software implementation
• Validate user documentation and educational materials (including user communications) to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
Solution delivery:
• Deliver on-time the agreed solution.
• Deliver on-time the agreed solution.
• Focus on agility all along the development cycle (functional requirements/specifications, technical specifications, coding, unit tests, functional tests, user acceptance tests).
• Ultimate responsible to implement solutions in Production environments: define TCO strategies.
Solution maintenance and support:
• Provide application support (customer/production) when requests are received from second level support. • Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve processes.
Resources management:
• Coordinate and validate activities/workload of the techical/functional team reporting to him
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• More than 2 years experience within S4H and Cytric (or any Travel expenses tool) starting as junior analyst participating in many implementation projects (including Upgrades, migrations & rollouts for SAP TME and Cytric).
• Experience in Cytric or any other expenses tool implementation or experience in any travel tool (Concur, Coupa expenses...).
• Knowledge of business corporate support functions.
• Knowledge/experience:
* Microsoft package.
* English & Spanish
* The two tools we are managing are Cytric for Travel part, and SAP FI-AP for the expenses part SAP ECC, S4H.
* Experience in SAP TME fulcycle, SAP HR and SAP FI-AP.
* It is mandatory is that you have experience in SAP FI-AP and the integration with SAP HR.
* Experience working with external team.
