Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Risk Controller to manage and optimize our financial operations across multiple regions, ensuring seamless financing processes and supporting clinical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain direct contact with financial institutions across assigned regions.
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions on financial processes and protocols to sales teams.
* Analyze payment plans and debt recovery strategies.
* Monitor key metrics to ensure financial goals are met across regions.
Qualifications:
* Background in consumer finance or closest finance area.
* Knowledge of financing operations, debt recovery, and financial documentation protocols.
Required Skills:
* Full professional proficiency in English and communicative in Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
* Proven experience in an international environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
