If you have a strong background in airline operations, flight dispatch, and coordination, this is your opportunity to be part of an exciting aviation project.About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in managing charter flights from Europe to stunning Northern Africa vacation destinations like Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco—no war zones or high-risk locations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth Airbus A320 operations, keeping flights on schedule, and coordinating between airports, crew, and aviation authorities.What You’ll Be DoingOversee flight scheduling and coordination, ensuring flights operate efficiently.Apply for flight permits, landing slots, and required authorizations.Work with handling agents to arrange fueling, cleaning, catering, and ground services.Coordinate special assistance services for passengers with limited mobility or medical needs.Keep track of passenger name lists, ensuring timely and accurate communication with airports.Monitor and track ongoing flights, handling AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations and delays.Ensure aircrew training and certification compliance, maintaining up-to-date records.Conduct airfield inspections as needed.Maintain detailed flight logs and reports in company systems.Communicate with air traffic control, updating schedules in case of delays or early departures. What You Need to SucceedFluency in English and at least one of the following: Czech, Polish, German, Slovak, or Spanish.Higher or secondary specialized aviation education preferred.Flight Dispatcher certificate is a plus!1+ year of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or an airline operations department.Experience with flight planning systems and weather analysis tools is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle fast-paced decisions.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.Ability to confidently provide accurate reports when required.EU passport with at least 10 years of validity.Technical Knowledge & SkillsAbility to develop flight routes and operational flight plans (OFP).Understanding of WX (weather analysis), NOTAM, and air routes.Skilled in-flight coordination with crews, airports, and aviation authorities.ICAO Level 4 or higher in English.Proficiency in route planning software (Jepplanner, PPS, or similar).Personal TraitsAttention to detail and high stress tolerance.Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-moving environment.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
